Random Acts of Kindness Week

 

Join the WOW (Wolves of Welcome)Team

 

What is it:    The WOW team is a group of 8th graders who work as mentors to 6th grade students to help make their transition to middle school a positive one.

 

Activities and Responsiblities

  • Help lead the 5th grade orientation in April.
  • Participate and help facilitate the new student retreat in August.
  • Lead small student groups for the 6th grade orientation in August.
  • Help train new WOW team members in the spring.
  • Tutoring opportunities to 6th grade students.
  • Participate in mentoring activities with 6th grade students throughout the year.
